Meeting Minutes

October 17, 2023

Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm by Kristin Depew

Prayer offered by David Seal

Pledge of Allegiance led by Janice Carey

Kristin introduced guests

Minutes were tabled due to not being posted in time.

Treasurer report is posted on the website.

T-shirt sale… $20 for crew neck or V neck. We also have pens to hand out.

Halloween trick or treat… we will have a table set up 4 – 7:30pm.

Lavigne passed out forms for members to fill out so we have everyone’s contact info.

Lavigne Kirkpatrick, Michelle Light. Lisa Jansson and Betty Fain volunteered to form a Bylaw committee.

Kristin introduced State Senator, Frank Niceley, who provided us with an update of the goings on in Nashville.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm
